PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CONSULTANCY SERVICES WELLINGTON 

 

Commercial or Residential property maintenance inspections.
 
With the significant breadth of expertise we have available to us, we are able to inspect most maintenance related concerns, and where required investigate and prepare a report, and/or attend to rectification work.
 
 
Property maintenance reporting.

If you require a practical report on current and ongoing maintenance work that might be required for your building, along with indicative budgeting, we are able to provide this. Our preference is to provide budgets for the next 3 year period, and indicative costs beyond that. The costs should be reviewed annually so that there is always a realistic budget in place for a 3 year period.
There is no unique level of maintenance that can be considered appropriate at all times. What is considered prudent requires a balance of judgements which need to be revised over time.
 
  
Specification preparation
 
To establish a cost for any project, some form of specification is required to allow costing to be meaningful. We will attend to the preparation of specifications where required for any project where we are the primary contractor, utilising our selected trades people.
 
 
Selected architectural services
 
We offer architectural services where required for any project where we are the primary contractor.
 
 
Project management (as primary contractor)
 
Webb’s will project manage any project were we are the primary contractor, utilising our own trades people. In most instances, we do not make any additional charge for this service.
